We may be most recognized for our in-person FighterFITX fitness classes, but we’re also a hybrid training model that provides workouts online. Our programs combine the best of group fitness with the personal attention and results-driven approach of personal training. We’ll help you get in the best shape of your life, no excuses! We want to help you achieve your fitness goals, so we’ll customize a program for you that includes the exercises, equipment, and nutrition plan that will work best for you.

We all have busy lives, and the last thing we want to do is drive to the gym. That's why we created FighterFITX, a hybrid fitness model that works entirely online. With our program, you can workout anytime, anywhere—on your own schedule. No more waking up at 5 a.m. to make it to the gym on time.

If you’ve been training in a traditional gym, you’ve probably noticed that most workouts follow a similar format: you show up, do some cardio or lifts, then head to the weights room for some more strength training. While this approach can get you in great shape, it’s not always the most convenient or time-effective. With so much fitness technology available today, it’s become easier than ever to get a complete workout without leaving your home or completing the same old routines over and over again. That’s why we’ve developed our unique hybrid training model, which gives you the best of both worlds: the convenience of online workouts, combined with the depth of in-person training.

The take away of our approach is to make sure you reach your fitness goals in a timely and safely manner. WE are FighterFITX that delivers the best in fitness martial arts. Enrol today to get started.

We are FighterFITX

FighterFITX was founded in 2010 with the goal of providing world-class personal training and martial arts training to people everywhere, regardless of their physical ability or location. We’ve since expanded our offerings to include women-only classes, FightCAMP and StrengthCAMP programming for professionals within the lowermainland area, but our core principles and training methodology have remained unchanged. We train hard and we train smart, but most importantly we train with intent, which is the key to unlocking our greatest physical and mental potential. FighterFITX has trained thousands of clients in Yaletown and Chinatown, which has allowed us to build a strong reputation for providing high-quality training that gets results.

My name is Ryan Omeasoo, and I'm the owner and founder of FighterFITX, located in Yaletown and Chinatown. I've been training in martial arts for over 17 years, beginning in Kickboxing. After I graduated from college, I decided to turn my passion for martial arts into a business, and that's how FighterFITX was born. I've spent the last 12 years teaching personal training and 17 years with martial arts, and I love what I do.

FighterFITX was founded in 2010 with the goal of helping people achieve the physical and mental benefits of a workout without the hassle and expense of traditional fitness classes. Our programs are designed to be convenient, accessible, and effective—and they work! Our clients have learned how to work out effectively and efficiently, and they have achieved tremendous results. But we didn't create FighterFITX to provide an impersonal, formulaic fitness program.

We use the combination of strength training with free weights, which is a unique approach for a fitness. The combination of strength training with free weights provides a number of benefits to our clients. On one hand, our clients learn how to use resistance to burn more calories and build lean muscle. On the other hand, our clients learn how to defend themselves by learning to use their strength and bodyweight to their advantage.

We learn how to work out effectively and efficiently, developing the strength and conditioning to get the results we want without the tediousness and frustration of a traditional workout. We use the principles of kickboxing martial arts to help us learn how to use our bodies in new and different ways, which in turn helps us to reach our goals. This approach has enabled us to train a large number of people, regardless of their physical ability or fitness level. We have members who can never tried kickboxing, but with our training they have been able to lose weight and build muscle.

Our personal training programs at FighterFITX are designed to get results, but they're not designed to be time-consuming or formulaic. We use the principles of kickboxing to create a functional and effective workout, which allows us to keep our programs short and sweet. The combination of strength training using free weights, with the principles of kickboxing, has allowed us to get amazing results with a limited training time. Our clients love this approach because it provides them with the benefits of a traditional fitness class without the inconvenience and expense of going to the gym.

We have found that this approach provides a more effective workout than either one alone, which is why we use it in all of our fitness programming. Our sessions are challenging and fun, but most of all they are effective! We have seen tremendous results in our clients over the years, both in the way that they look and the way that they feel, and we're committed to helping more people achieve the same results.

Love every second

It doesn’t matter whether you’re young or old, rich or poor, male or female, you have dreams. And I believe that the only person who can keep you from fulfilling your dreams is you. You have the power to realize your dreams. But you can only realize your dreams if you believe in yourself.

It doesn’t matter where you are in your life or what you’re doing. You have the ability to make your dreams a reality. It’s something that all humans share. We all have the capacity to become our best selves and reach our goals.

It’s in the smallest moments, the ones we take for granted, that we’re able to connect with others and realize how much we have in common. It’s in the everyday moments: the way sunlight warms our skin, the smell of rain, the sound of laughter, the first touch, and the last.

No matter where you are in your life right now, there is so much you can do to make the world a better place. You can share your voice to make a difference, you can make the world a better place for people around you, and you can learn from the experiences of others. The world needs you, and you are needed. Go make a difference, and know that you are making a difference.

Time is the only thing in life that we can’t get back. It’s the only thing in life that we can’t afford to waste. We can spend an eternity wishing we had more time, or we can spend our time doing the things that matter most to us. The choice is yours.

Time is so important and so fleeting. One moment can change everything. One moment can make you feel like you’re on top of the world, and the next moment can make you feel like the world is crashing down on you. One moment can inspire you, and the next moment can break your heart.

So many of us take our time for granted. We think we have all the time in the world to do the things we want to do. We think we have all the time in the world to say the things we want to say, and to be with the people we want to be with. But nothing could be further from the truth.

We often take the time we have for granted. We often forget how fleeting it is. We sometimes don’t appreciate the little things in our lives, the ones that make us who we are. It’s in these moments, the small ones, that we have the opportunity to appreciate the moment we’re in.

Love every second.

Get back to an active life

Personal training can help you get back to the activities you love most: spending time with your family, running around with your kids, and generally being active and fit! You can get back to being the active person you were before your health problems hit, and you can do it without ever setting foot in a gym! All you have to do is make an appointment with one of our trainers at FighterFITX, and we will work together to design a fitness program that will help you get back to the activities you love most! We will design a program that is specifically tailored to your needs, so you can get the most out of your time here with us!

You may have been in physical therapy or seen a doctor for your back, knee, or hip issues for a while now. You may have even tried a few different programs, but nothing seemed to help you get back to the same level of activity that you were before your injury. Maybe you even tried to go back to the gym where you used to work out, but you couldn't even fit into your old gym clothes anymore.

You may have tried other fitness programs in the past, but nothing has been able to bring you the results you want. Maybe you've even taken time off from training before, only to fail again and end up back in the same position you started in. That's okay though, because you're not alone. Most people experience the same issues when they first begin a fitness program, but once they find the right program and their coach, they finally see results.

"When I was younger, I enjoyed going to the park with my friends and playing sports with them. I loved the feeling of being outdoors and getting some fresh air. But as I got older, I found that I was having a harder time playing sports and being active with my friends. I would often experience low back pain while playing sports, which made it hard for me to continue."

You may have thought that you would never be able to do the activities that you used to enjoy with your family again, like playing sports or going to the park. But with the help of personal training, you can get back to the lifestyle you once had. You can run around with your kids and have fun again at the park! You can join your friends for a run instead of watching them struggle through it, and you can even run a few races with them if you want to!

This is where FighterFITX can help you achieve the body you once had or even better! Contact us today at www.fighterfitx.fit or text FITX to 41259 to book a strategy session with us!

Stronger spirit

Our workouts are about building a strong spirit, and about motivating ourselves to match that strength. We don't want to be a workout where you come in, do what we tell you, and leave. We want you to feel like you're a part of something bigger than yourself, and that what you're learning in the gym is helping you become a better person. We want you to walk away from each session feeling like you've accomplished something, and that you can continue learning and growing as a person.

You can have a strong spirit and the drive to match. FighterFITX is committed to helping you achieve your goals physically, mentally and spiritually. Our professional coaching and training programs are designed to help you become the person you want to be. By working with us, you’ll develop the strength and determination to match your spirit.

Motivation is something that everyone seeks, but few ever find. That is because motivation isn't a constant. It comes and goes. Sometimes you're motivated to get in shape, build a muscle, and other times you're not.

If you’re like most people, motivation can be a tough thing to come by. Whether you’re going through a difficult time or just feeling a little bored or restless, it can be easy to lose sight of what got you started in the first place. But there’s a much better way. FighterFITX is all about harnessing your inner drive and turning it into something tangible.

Who are we? FighterFITX is a community of women and men, young and old, who are committed to becoming the best version of themselves. We are a group of people who believe that by working together, we can achieve anything. Our members come from all backgrounds, walks of life, and fitness levels, but what brings us together is our desire to be the best version of ourselves.

Brick Wall

There are times in our lives where we feel as though we’re facing a brick wall. We feel as though we’re stuck in our current situation, and there’s nothing we can do to change our circumstances. It can be easy to give up and accept our fate, but this is a mistake. You have the ability to learn from your past, so that you can gain strength today and move past your limitations.

There is no greater teacher than experience. Every moment in our lives is a chance to learn and grow. Some lessons may be harder to accept than others, but no experience is wasted if you learn from it. You may have been faced with a challenge or a failure in the past, but by facing your fears and building an inner strength that surpasses all limitations you have become stronger as a person.

It's difficult being human. We're creatures of habit, and our routines are often the only thing protecting us from becoming completely lost in our own lives. It's easy to get so caught up in our day-to-day lives that we forget to take the time to reflect on our past experiences. It's only when we stop and think about our past that we realize how much we've actually learned from it.

You have probably heard the saying, “Know thyself.” It’s an important lesson to learn, but it’s not an easy one to accept. We’re often so concerned with what others think of us that we fail to recognize our own unique traits. But the truth is that there’s no one else quite like you, and that’s a good thing.

You are not your past. You are not your fears. You are not your limitations. You are much more than that.

Together, with FighterFITX and your drive to be better. WE can make it astounding and amazing on all levels.

FITX at home

When it comes to being physically active, there are a number of ways that you can get a healthy amount of exercise without having to spend hours at the gym. In this article, I'll discuss some of the benefits of working out at home, as well as some of the ways that working out at home can save you time, money, and travel. You may be able to work out at home five days a week, which will allow you to fit a full body workout into your schedule each day, while still saving time and money. On the other hand, you may only be able to fit in two days of cardio a week, which means that you'll have to make up the rest of your exercise through various forms of strength training.

Exercise is important for overall physical health and well-being. Regular exercise has been shown to have a number of benefits for the body and mind, including a reduction in the risk of many health concerns. Unfortunately, not everyone gets the physical activity that they need. For some, lack of time is the biggest obstacle to exercise.

Regular exercise has been shown to have numerous health benefits, including reducing the risk of developing numerous health conditions. One of the most significant benefits of regular exercise is that it can increase a person's level of physical fitness. However, while regular exercise is necessary for maintaining a healthy level of physical fitness, it is also important to include a regular fitness regimen that incorporates a nutritious diet and the appropriate amount of physical activity into one's life. Many people tend to become physically inactive because they don't realize the number of health benefits that are associated with being physically active.

In fact, many health organizations recommend that all adults get at least 150 minutes of moderate-intensity aerobic activity each week, in addition to muscle-strengthening activity, to maintain a healthy weight and improve their overall fitness. But if you don't exercise regularly, you run the risk of developing a number of health problems, including obesity, heart disease, high blood pressure, high cholesterol, stroke, and metabolic syndrome. Even mild to moderate levels of inactivity can also lead to a number of these same health concerns, including obesity, heart disease, high blood pressure, high cholesterol, stroke, and metabolic syndrome.

There are a number of ways that working out at home can save you time, money, and travel. For example, many people choose to workout at home because it allows them to save time. They can work out in their own home without having to plan ahead or travel to the gym. In addition, working out at home can save you money.

In addition to the many physical benefits of exercise, working out at home has a number of advantages for people who don't have the time or money to travel to a fitness center. Not only can working out at home save you time, it can also save you money. Many people work out at home so that they can save money on gym membership fees. In addition to being able to save money, working out at home can also save you time.

Working out at home has a number of benefits for the body and the wallet. One of the biggest benefits of working out at home is that it can save you time. Many people don't have access to a workout facility, so working out at home allows them to workout whenever they have free time. Of course, working out at home doesn't offer the same level of motivation as working out in a facility with weights, equipment, and other people to interact with, but it's still a great way to get in a workout when you don't have much time.

What is the BMR?

The basal metabolic rate (or BMR) is the amount of energy your body burns while at rest in a neutrally temperate environment.Your BMR is the minimum amount of energy your body needs per day to function, and the primary determinant of your metabolic rate—the amount of energy your body uses at rest. Nutrition and exercise can be used to increase your BMR—which can aid in weight loss, increase energy, and improve health.

The basal metabolic rate (or BMR) is the amount of energy your body requires to perform basic functions when at rest. The BMR is the largest portion of your daily caloric expenditure, and a key indicator of your fitness and health. The BMR is significantly influenced by genetics and the environment in which you live, with those in colder climates requiring more calories to maintain their body temperature. Your BMR also increases when you are hungry and decreases when you are well-fed.

When you burn or consume excess calories, your body will respond by burning or storing the calories as fat, respectively. This is why calorie balance is the key to weight management—if you consume more calories than you burn, you’ll gain weight; if you burn more calories than you consume, you’ll lose weight. The amount of calories your body requires for basic functions, such as breathing and standing, is referred to as your BMR. The BMR is the largest portion of your daily caloric expenditure, and a key indicator of your fitness and health.

How FightCamp can benefit your training

Kickboxing and fitness exercises have been shown to have amazing benefits for both the body and the mind. Combining the two has even more benefits, such as improved flexibility, increased strength and endurance, and a better sense of well-being. When performed regularly, workouts can also improve muscle tone, which makes the body feel and look better. Over time, workouts can also reduce the risk of certain diseases, such as heart disease and diabetes, improve overall mental health, and reduce stress and anxiety.

Whether you're looking to improve your physical health, increase your fitness level, or improve your overall sense of well-being, combining fitness and martial arts is a great way to improve your health and fitness. In addition to improving your health, exercising can also have a positive impact on your mental health.

Working out in a group or fitness class has been shown to have numerous benefits for both the body and mind. Working out with others can help you meet new people, and it can also be a great way of getting out of your comfort zone and challenging yourself in new ways.

The first thing that comes to mind when you think of the word “group” is a negative one. Most of us think of a group of people as being a group of people who are unpleasant to be around. There are some groups that are very positive, however. Groups of people who are supportive of each other, who genuinely care about each other, and who are willing to work together to solve problems are often referred to as groups.

This is what FighterFITX is; supportive of all members of our community whether onilne or in person. We care about our clients, community and coaches.

Book in for a FREE small group class hosted at Gymbox located at 909 West Broadway; or online zoom introductory session/goal setting session.

Faith…

The moment when the world hits. Be ready. Be strong in your response. Dont overreact but be still and observant.

Because when you get close to breaking a new level in life.

The world will test your faith.

In one instance. Your friends or family will offer their advice on your path to entrepreneurial success.

Some may parade your vision and ideas. But some will show their concerns and disbelief.

This is where you draw your line and protect what matters most.

What matters most to me you ask?

Building a successful and inspirational businesss that coaches hundreds, if not thousands to personal fitness success.

But just as any start up. Youll need funds to start off. To get the business rolling.

You may or may not ask people to invest or fundraise. But they might say

"I dont want to waste my money giving it to you."

"Just get a 9-5 like everyone else."

"You've been on this treadmil for years. You're almost 40 and been struggling for years."

When I was told this. I felt the unwanted energy try to break my barrier. I had to take a step back. Literally and really, really make sure that this did not sink into my subconscious.

It was devestating to hear.

But when you value your vision more than life itself. You stand your ground and you yell - inside your head, of course. "I will not back down!" "I will not faulter nor give in!"

The people will have your best interests at heart for sure.

They dont know how passionate you are and how determined you are to succeed.

You cant blame them. Just send them love and keep your dreams close to your heart.

Trust me. I can easily give in to the safe bet of a 9-5.

Everything is so pleasing to give in. To abandon your vision of being an entrepreneur.

This is whats danglging in front of you:

The corner office with a view.

The salesman of the month parking spot.

The best year of sales plauqe.

The yearly get away for top best employees.

Also the weekends. The traveling. The vacations.

Dont get me wromg. I want this. But for the start up and entrepreneur. This will take a little longer to aqcuire.

But. Then there's the feeling of being your own boss. Being accountable to you and you alone. To take on the business world with your creativity and passion.

To say proudly that you are a business owner that has the best clientele.

To wake up earger to face the many on many challenges that ownership entails.

And the feeling of accomplishment that you made it through another day.

To earn your mark among the visionary business leaders of the past and future.

Because at the end of the road.

You'll want to rest in peace knowing that yes. You struggled for many years. But when you crossed that proverbial "finish line." You made it.

Well. In the life of a entrepreneur. There is no finish line. But I digress.

Right. The feeling of creating something magical in the economic business world.

I envision the timetable along these lines.

The business was created. Established and became self sustaning year after year. While improving all the lives and health of those involved.

To create an atmosphere which we are all connected because we're all working on becoming better and healthier human beings.

However, this end game cannot be made without sacrifices and heartache.

We're not in a world of sunshine and rainbows. We need the thunder and rain to make us grow

So it's imperative that we cannot forget all the lonely and deprssing nights that was experienced in the process. But success wouldnt feel so heavenly without such bad times.

And then this will happen. The moment of fresh air on a perfect sunny day.

The people who doubted you, and tried to send you down the path of a regular job will say to you "Yes! You made it! I knew you would!" "I never doubted it!"

So my team. Rest at ease and know that all your hard work will pay off.

This is what drives me to work smart. To work hard. I've heard that you teach what you desperstely want. Or you give all your heart to others cause that's what you want in return.

We're nothing without our gym family. We help eachother along this journey.

It's all our sacrafices that will push us into what were meant to become.

"What makes achieving your dreams and fulfilling your vision that much more special is the hard work it takes to get there. Proving that adversity is no match for you. Thats what this is all about!"

"We're all making up for lost time. That is the essence of hustle in the pursuit of greatness -- doing whatever it takes and chasing opportunity with great urgency, like your life depends on it. Because it does. Greatness is really the survival of your vision across an extended timeline, based on your willingness to do whatever it takes in the face of adversity and to adopt the mindset to seize opportunity wherever it lives. After all, greatness is not something that comes to you; you go to it, and its always moving. You slow down, and it moves farther away. You stop, and it disappears over the horizon." Lewis howes.

Keep the faith alive my team. Keep the faith.
