There are so many options online. Why should I choose your program?

Better health, improved posture, smaller waistline doesn't have to be complicated or costly. Our FITX Blueprint helps you burn fat and build lean muscle through home workouts that are convenient, quick, inexpensive and, most importantly, EFFECTIVE!!! You see, our members in person and online love the FITX blueprint/program because the founder and head coach, Ryan and his vision, dreams and service, understand that health is a process and are here for you at every stage of your fitness journey, whether you need motivation or help performing a certain routine. Pending on your level of membership, you will have access to our at home physiotherapy designed exercise program that will, pending on limitations, improve your posture, strengthen your lower back and core, to name a few. WE listen to our members and are constantly improving the FITX blueprint to help you meet your fitness goals; and when I say we are always improving. We will update the FITX blueprint app with workouts, exercises, how to videos, and either daily or weekly coaching or motivation to make sure you succeed.


Where can I perform your workouts?

We've designed our FITX blueprint so that you can fit it into your busy schedule - no matter where you are. Our members are busy individuals who perform our workouts at home, at the office, in hotel rooms, in their garage gyms or the gym they have access to! The FITX blueprint body weight exercises only require a space for a mat (yoga mat or foam mat) and your amazing energy to work!! Yes, there are other programs within the app that you currently have access to; for example, kickboxing with a heavy bag; dumbbells, kettlebells and the TRX system. But the body weight portion and shadow kickboxing portion cover the necessary exercises to get you to your goals! We are currently at 856 Homer and 88 West Pender in Vancouver BC.


The FITX options seems to cost pretty expensive. Why?

We know how quickly gym memberships and personal training costs add up; or unfortunately, the gyms shut down or your favorite trainer leaves said gym and your favorite class is canceled. Or, on the same hand, your gym is running but at a limited capacity due to restrictions. I've heard some clients expressed their grief with trying to book a time to train at the gym, but either the website crashes to book, or they don't pick up the phone. That's the beauty about our app; you can complete the exercises in your own home! No more waiting and driving around the parking lot to get space; no more time wasted to commute to a fitness class that is either fully booked or you go because your already paying for the membership; so you'll just go even though the class isn't like what it use to be. For one cost of personal training at the gym, you can receive a minimum of 12 sessions of training designed by Coach Ryan and pending on membership, physiotherapists and dietitians. The FITX blueprint premier services and rich content are available for a fraction of the price of other in person services.


Can you create a program tailored to my specific fitness goals?

The FITX blueprint is designed for all fitness levels, but every now and then a member comes along who wants more attention and a program tailored to a specific fitness goal. For those members, we do offer online personal training via remote coaching fitness app or in person. This premier service provides a custom meal plan and training program for in person or online.

DO YOU GUARANTEE RESULTS?

At FighterFIT ATHLETIX, we make every effort to ensure the accurate representation of our services, either remotely or in person, and their potential for weight loss and muscle building. However, as with any fitness program, results vary by individual and certain circumstances. Following the exercise routines, rehab/prehab exercises, and health tips on this app/website/in person does not guarantee that you will achieve desired results or that you will look like images that might be posted on our FITX social media channels, website etc. However, exercise and proper diet are necessary to achieve and maintain weight loss and muscle definition. BUT don't worry too much as with Ryan's proven track record, client success stories and 10 years plus experience, WE will do whatever it takes for your success!

How do I cancel my membership?

If you're thinking about canceling your membership with FighterFIT AthletiX, we urge you to contact Coah Ryan to discuss your progress and goals. We're here to help you have the best experience possible with our FITX program.


The FITX app operates on a recurring billing cycle. Please contact us 10 days before the date of the next billing cycle to end your membership. There is no additional refund issued for our annual plans. 7 day trial members will be automatically canceled after their initial trial period; then we can discuss if we are a good fit to work together.

Do you offer refunds?

NO, but we do offer a discounted consultation and or a small fee 7 day trial remote coaching via app! To achieve better fitness and health, you must commit to changing your diet, exercise routines and daily habits outside the gym and at home. If you make this commitment, our program will work for you. We're here to make this fitness journey a huge success, so buckle in. Get ready to become FIGHTERFIT!

What's your privacy policy?

Your privacy is important to us at FighterFIT AtheltiX. We won't sell your email or name to anyone, and will never send you spam or unwanted messages. You can unsubscribe form our emails at any time. If you have trouble doing so, please send us an email and we will remove you from our list (ryan@fightefitx.com). All payments are taken either through PayPal, WAVE or Stripe.

How much does online fitness and remote coaching cost?

Online fitness and remote coaching costs vary depending on the program you choose and the number of sessions you plan to take, but the average cost is usually around $35 CAD and up per session.

How does online fitness and remote coaching work?
